The Use and Installation of Tension Loadcells

The main function of the tension force sensor is to detect the tension of the cable in operation. The other is to use the option plate to fix the bearing housing. When installing, it is necessary to pay attention to the cause of inaccurate tension measurement. When the tension sensing device is connected to weak wires such as signal wires, switches and output terminals, try to stay away from strong wires, so as to prevent electromagnetic signals from interfering with tension detection. In practical applications, factors such as output sensitivity, temperature compensation range, zero temperature effect, rated load, and limit load are also the reasons that affect the inaccurate tension measurement.
